Jewel Match — Privacy policy

🌐 Australian English

Effective date: October 7, 2026

1. Personal information collected

The developer does not operate accounts or an external game server, and does not request or collect directly identifying information such as names, contact details or location. See the third-party processing section below for Android / iOS AdMob SDK processing.

2. Information on your device

Level progress, scores, and sound and vibration settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to an external server. You can delete records at any time using Reset progress in settings.

When running in the Toss app, the game receives an anonymous identifier that Toss creates separately for each game and stores it only on your device. It does not reveal your name or contact details and is not sent elsewhere.

3. Third parties and service providers

This game targets users aged 13 and above. The Android / iOS app requests rewarded ads through Google AdMob SDK when you choose an ad reward. For ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention, the SDK may process IP addresses (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions (such as launches, taps and ad views), diagnostics, and device or account identifiers. All ad requests use child-directed treatment, so the Android advertising ID (AAID) is not transmitted; other identifiers, such as app set ID, may still be processed. Ads are set to a G content rating and non-personalized ads. See Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure and Google Privacy Policy. The web edition currently does not run an advertising SDK. In Apps in Toss, when a rewarded ad group is configured, the game preloads ads through Toss's integrated ad SDK at startup so an ad reward can be available promptly. An ad is shown only when you choose an ad reward. Information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention is processed under the policies of Toss and its advertising providers. See Toss Privacy Policy.

The Toss app that runs the game may process information needed to operate its own services under its own privacy policy.

4. Permissions

The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location or storage permissions.

5. Children's privacy

Processing personal information of users under 14 is subject to applicable legal requirements, including required legal guardian consent. This policy does not exclude those requirements. Ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment and limited to non-personalized ads with a G content rating. AdMob data collection, sharing and purposes are described in section 3.

6. Changes

Changes to this policy and their effective date will be posted in the game.

Optional game analytics · effective 2026-10-13

On web, Apps in Toss and Android, Google Analytics 4 runs only after users confirm they are 14 or older and opt in. We measure screens and time spent, level starts, moves, scores, completion, failure and abandonment, item use and loadouts, rewards, tutorials, game version and platform to improve gameplay. Events do not include names, contact details, Toss IDs, ad IDs, tap coordinates or board contents. Google LLC (United States) processes this data over the internet and may receive IP addresses, browser and device information, analytics cookies and random identifiers. User and event data retention is two months; aggregate reports may remain longer. You can decline or withdraw in Settings without losing access to the game. Local save records stay on your device; only the listed analytics events are sent with consent. Users under 14 should decline. Automatic demo moves, item use and level results are excluded. Test builds and iOS do not enable this analytics feature.
